About this house rental
A lot of charm in this town house with garden in the heart of the castles of Touraine. Calm and greenery in the city center!
Completely redone custom made and ergonomic keeping the charm of the old.
Housing :
With little extras, such as a paddling pool, kid's bike and for parents an electric barbecue to enjoy a dinner in the garden effortlessly, bright bathroom with shower and double washbasin, spacious bedroom with dressing table. The room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed (see photo), in the living room 2 sofas (including 1 trundle bed with a real comfortable bed for 2 people of 1.60 on 1.90m) and an office for those who come to work in our beautiful region ...
Also at your disposal, you will find; garden furniture, deckchairs, dishes, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, central-steam, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, large TV in the living room and 1 TV in the bedroom, internet / wifi box , etc ...
For extra comfort sheets and pillowcases (ergonomic pillows) are provided.
Ideally located, since the house is 2 minutes walk from all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, bank, town hall, supermarket ...) and 5 minutes walk from the station of St Pierre des Corps (so 1 hour from Paris to a day trip to the capital!).
Being in the middle of the wine region, the wine tastings are not far away!

Access for travelers:
You will have access to the private garden and the house which is completely independent. It is L-shaped has a double exposure, 1 West facade and the other North. A secure safe will give you independent access to the house at your convenience without a time pressure for the delivery of keys and start your stay smoothly ...

A beautiful and well organized house. Kitchen contained everything we needed. Garden was a bit small but location was ideal for shopping and close to the centre ofTours.We can recommend it for a longer stay for 2 or 3 people.

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, es ist ca. 3 km von Tours-Zentrum entfernt. Ruhige Lage mit Supermarkt und Bäcker etc. in direkter Nähe, aber keine touristischen Angebote oder Restaurants. Wir haben uns dort wenig aufgehalten, eigentlich nur geschlafen und gegessen, für alles andere sind wir etwas gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit Isabelle ist ausgezeichnet, sie hat sich sehr um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar.
