Outside needs updating

Newly renovated, clean, fairly modern. We stayed as normal people or as non-disabled people in a disabled suite and it was super spacious. Security is at a maximum and felt really safe. Phenomenal comfort and value!

You need more staff on duty. There were only two staff on shift. There was a huge group in the front of house hall/reception. People were needing drinks, the reception was needing help, people were needing let in, and there were not enough people to handle it.

•Its in a quiet location and next to the shops to be able to buy things for the room. •It has an iron and board •The bus and train station isn't too far away and has easy access to Glasgow Central

•The iron board was lumpy •I couldn't use the spair towel because there was an old poo stain in the corner of the towel •I paid for a double room but it was just 2 single zipped beds together and because of that you couldn't sleep in the middle if you're a solo traveller because it was lumpy •The room was quite hot even after putting the air conditioning on and because of that I was waking up every hour •There was two occasions I couldn't get into my room because the card Key was playing up I use to like stopping at this hotel but it must of changed management since last year because this was a complete different experience compared to the last time I stopped here.
