The location is a perfect 10/10, really nice neighborhood with a lot of parks and shops near by. Apartment 1 was very clean, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace. It’s a great option for young people staying for a short visit. There was plenty of storage space in the wardrobes for all our belongings, and the kitchen is quite spacious. The bathroom is nicely renovated.
It’s not very suitable for staying longer than two nights, as there aren’t enough cups, glasses, or cutlery. Outside of the heating season, the radiator started leaking on its own, which wouldn’t make us feel comfortable staying here in winter (also we spent a couple of hours cleaning the mess before the radiator was fixed). Also, considering how quickly the apartment warmed up in April, it might get quite hot during the summer. The kitchen only had cold water, and there was no frying pan. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags. Some things in the apartment felt a bit uneven.
Apartment 1 clearly has great potential and just needs a bit more renovation. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children or longer stays. However, it’s a very good option for young people staying a few nights.

Lokacija je odlicna, miran kraj, komunikacija je bila kratka i jednostavna.
Nije mi se svidjelo sto su gasili grijanje u 21h i zadnje dvije noci nije ni upaljeno do 10h ujutru kada sam i izasla iz stana. Iz klime je curila voda, pokrivaci su jako losi i stari pa sam se sve u svemu i prehladila. Nema kljuca, u apartman se ulazi na sifru i nema unutrasnjeg kljuca otkud znam ko zna sifru i ko ce uci sreca pa je sve proteklo uredu. Parking ima u okolini ali se moze parkirati samo 3h tako da cete sigurno dobiti kaznu u roku od dvije minute.
