About this house rental
Located in the heart of a small village, 10 km from Sens, 60 km from Troyes and its factory outlets, 60 km from Auxerre and 120 km from Paris, you will be housed in a house of 75 m2 fully renovated finishes neat, arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor large living room, fully equipped kitchen, office with sofa BZ (quality double bed), laundry, toilet. On the floor, two double rooms (bed 140X190 cm), a room of water with TOILET.
The exterior of an area of 155 m2 has a terrace of 15 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchair, green areas and a courtyard closed by an electric gate to park two vehicles. Late arrival possible thanks to a code lock. So ideal for workers, as for families (baby equipment made available).
Stay including bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels and charges.
For those who do not wish to cook, possibility of meal tray realized by a caterer at the price of 17,50 €.

Une maison décorée avec soin, très bien agencée avec tout le confort désiré.
Des espaces intérieur largement suffisant pour 4 et l'accueil de Catherine est tout simplement magnifique.
