About this apartment rental
This bright and peaceful one-bedroom flat on the 4th and top floor boasts a magnificent sea view.

The living room, dining area, kitchen and terrace all face south.
There is a bedroom with two 80 cm beds (which can be joined to make a 160 cm bed), a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
For sunny days, an electric barbecue is available.
You can do your shopping on foot, with shops and a daily market 150 m away.
Beach 800 m away, Morgat harbour 2 km away. GR 34 hiking trail to explore the Crozon Peninsula.
Private parking space, bike storage.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (4th floor, no lift).

Une vue à couper le souffle ! On ne se lasse pas de l’horizon.. et c’est vraiment l’atout du logement.
La pièce de vie est également un atout tant par son aménagement que par sa luminosité.
Quelques vétustés que nous avons signalés et qui devraient être remplacées. Espérons que les travaux de l’immeuble à côté ne seront pas gênants les prochains mois.
