Located in North Mission Beach, at 739 Yarmouth Court, San Diego, CA, this is a Charming One-bedroom Condo on the ground floor with a kitchenette & service for 4, a bath, a living room, a bedroom and an adjacent lush patio with brand new Saltillo tile! It is one unit of a 2 unit home with its own entrance.
The living room is getting NEW artwork, a professional cleaning on the couch just happened and it looks new! and some fresh paint! It's beautiful!
It is the perfect economical alternative to a hotel stay for a couple or a small family, (with only one small quiet child - a crib is available). Only steps to the sand, (about 200 feet), on a quiet courtyard we're also just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and a myriad of outdoor activities...and it's really nice! There’s so much to do here and enjoy. .

Now with a New Samsung TV and a reworked entertainment center, a Brand New Dresser in the bedroom, a new Fire/CO fire extinguisher and the couch has been professionally cleaned with new foam in the seat cushions. No Monday check outs are allowed. Also from May 2 to August 29 only full-week Saturday to Saturday DISCOUNTED rentals are accepted. MONTH-LONG STAYS ARE EVEN FURTHER DISCOUNTED!

One thing that was upsetting was that there wasn’t onsite parking as described in the details. There is only street parking which can be difficult to find and you have to move your car each weekday to avoid citations. I may not have chosen this place had I known this portion. There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, but the overall stay was good. The short walk to the beach was perfect.

Location of the property is amazing! Allowed me to walk anywhere that I needed or wanted to go. Great choice!

The host was present upon check in. Told us the rules and asked we leave it like we found it. We definitely could not have done that. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned after the prior person. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes and found his cleaning supplies. I can confidently state the place was left cleaner than we found it.
