Loved this house! It was perfect for our family ski trip. Walking distance to the lift which was great for our little ones! The kitchen was well stocked with spices. Lots of sitting places for our family for meals! The hot tub on the roof was great along with beautiful views while enjoying it! Lots of towels supplied as well as the washer/dryer with laundry detergent supplied. The bedroom space was great. We did have an issue with heating in one of the bedrooms and River Ridge was very accommodating to try to get it fixed. River Ridge returned texts very quickly with answers to any of my questions. I would highly recommend this house to a large group.

Overall we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed all that the property offered such as the great location overlooking the base of lumberjack. There were a few issues such as a coffee maker that didn’t work (which was resolved the next day by the rental company). We also experienced significant water dripping from the Ceiling in the main entry way and the upstairs kitchen. We ended up having to set up towels all over the floor and use kitchen pans to catch gallons and gallons of water. The rental company sent a crew to clear the roof but that didn’t stop the issue for the duration of our trip. It ended up feeling like we were camping or living in a slum, not a high end property. The upstairs master bathroom shower had two non-working shower heads that would have been nice if they had been working. There was also a lack of deck furniture so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside space this property offers. Overall we made the best of it and had a great time with our friends and family but will not be returning to this location.
