About this apartment rental
In Naples on Via Trinità degli Spagnoli 31, just 50 meters from Via Toledo and a few steps from the Galleria Umberto, we offer a refurbished loft apartment of 50 sqm on the first floor with elevator. The property is as follows: "la maison" is split level. Downstairs is a comfortable living area, complimented by two balconies. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one double bed, two bedside tables, TV, air conditioning and low window; the other has 2 single beds, a large bedside table, TV, air conditioning and low window; and the bathroom with a shower and bidet. The interior courtyard. The apartment is perfect for groups of friends and families, or singles who will not settle for just a room at a B & B. This is a superb location, just a few steps from Piazza Municipio and the Royal Palace on the Piazza Plebiscito. Very close to the Metro, the central funicular and boarding for the islands; and this makes our apartment ideal for tourists. The apartment is also well placed for professionals and business people, given our proximity to offices, banks and the most important professional companies in Naples. It also lends itself to working and visiting the nearby theaters (San Carlo, Mercadante, Augusteo etc) which are within walking distance.

Among the noise, chaos and seemingly endless activity, Enrico’s place was a clean and quiet oasis from it all. The Spanish Quarter is a rough, very tight and busy little community, full of places to eat, drink and shop. It is by no means a clean area of the city. However, stepping through the secure gate and into this property, the experience is the complete opposite. Spacious, clean and very well appointed, we couldn’t have asked for better, more accessible place to stay while visiting Naples. Should we return, we will seek this accommodation again.

This was a perfect place and location for our Roma visit. The host was extremely hospitable and ready to help with anything we might need. We were right in the heart of Roma in a great district with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The apartment complex was quiet, which was surprising since we were in the middle of everything. Thank you for a great stay.
