About this villa rental

The villa and the outbuilding are the complete disposal of guests and only a few meters from each other.
THE VILLA:
The beautiful walls to the villa are marked by the original walls.
The access to the living area with a large wooden table and a 2-step down, a relaxation area. TV or as a relaxation area for enjoying the flat screen TV or as a tasting area thanks to the fantastic made-to-measure wine cellar.
On the left side of the Villa's entrance, you will find a courtyard and a terrace overlooking the beautiful Tuscan territory.
Always on ground floor WELLNESS AREA and FITNESS ROOM:
In the wellness area cozy sauna, an old trough for aromatized wine bath, a large tub and a spacious shower sensory.
Technogym, equipment for physical activity, and a corner dedicated to the couple's massages.
On the ground floor, you can relax and relax in the lounge area: open-mouthed. A small door to the pergola which is developed in the area where the view of the tuscan countryside fills the soul!
On the first floor of the villa:
3 bedrooms with private bathroom with shower
1 bedroom suite, with a great bed design (160x200) and a spacious bathroom with a central bath.

THE DEPENDANCE:
Next to the main building you can find the ANNEXE HOUSE, a restored 200 sqm on two floors. From one side to a living room, to a luxurious room with a stunning view and a private bathroom. On the other, a professional kitchen with 8 work stations and a bathroom and a service room. The kitchen, with direct access to the garden equipped for the barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Both the Villa and the Dependance are equipped with air conditioning and wifi.
THE EXTERNAL SPACES:
Another great feature of the Villa Parmolaia is a great garden with a lovely garden of flowers, a large garden with flowers and flowers, and an enchanting swimming pool that, like the whole of the property, enjoys a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside. Nearby the villa there's also a barbecue and big table for your dinner outdoors in spring or summer!

Pros: spectacular views of the Tuscan hillside. Complete privacy. Jacuzzi and sauna with well equipped gym area.
Cons: accommodations are rather rustic and not nearly as modern as depicted in photos. Wifi barely works downstairs. Dirt road to property is difficult to traverse especially if raining/muddy. It is imperative to have a car here.
Overall stay was nice. Just expect that this property is very isolated and guests should be prepared to provide all needs for food, toiletries and transportation.
