Welcome to Ixtapa Nautica Rentals, fully stocked and private condos with balcony located 10 minutes walking from the main beach & 5 minutes from the center of Ixtapa (perfect location), where you can enjoy from different activities and delicious food. You can also enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay as they are away from the noisy hotel blvd. The community of the place is very friendly, most speak english so you´ll be ok.

2. Any public buses nearby? Yes, you can find some in the center of Ixtapa. They travel to Zihuatanejo too.
3. In which floor are the condos? First floor, second floor and third floor.
4. Can i arrive a bit early? Yes you can (Maybe you see Gaby cleaning the place for you, she is very nice)
5. Is there a phone in the condos that i can use for an emergency? No there is not, but you can use one at the administration office in case something happens.
6. The TV has cable service? Yes, we also have a good selection of movies you can watch. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video
7. Can i cook at the place? Yes you can, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The beds were great. Everything worked . The place needs some repairs and updates . The outside property was well taken care of.

Room was in need of renovation, host was prompt responding. Very quiet, friendly people. Overall, very pleased, stayed one month - would definitely return!
