About this house rental
Pretty Percheron house restored and tastefully decorated, in the middle of the Percheron hedgerow. Lodging classified 4 stars in Furnished Tourism, near Nogent-le-Rotrou. Located on a hiking path and close (about 400m) to the owners' farm, this house welcomes you for a weekend or a week with all the necessary comfort to have a good time with friends or with the family.
On the ground floor fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc ...), dining area, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, lounge with TV, wifi, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, a small reading corner and a toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and an additional BZ in one of the two bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
Baby kit available (high chair, bed, and bath)
Terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue
Land and private parking
Outbuilding with table football, dart board, children's bikes.

The gite is great, a saviour because of it's coolness in the heat. Very comfortable inside as well as outside. In the countryside, only birdsongs. As it's remote you do need a car. Very nice terrace with great views and comfortable chairs. The gite and small barns alongside it form a very attractive and atmospheric picture! We visited lots of sites, loved Bellême and the woods north of it .

Maison très bien rénovée ayant gardée son cachet, la décoration bien choisie et les équipements sont complets avec un wifi qui fonctionne, le tout dans un écrin de verdure dans un endroit très calme, idéal pour se ressourcer.

Gîtes absolument parfait. Rien ne manque et il est très agréable, on s’y sent tout de suite très bien ce qui particulièrement appréciable quant le beau temps n’est pas de la partie est que l’on reste un peu plus à l’intérieur. Je recommande vivement cette location et encore un grand merci pour l’accueil de Sabine et Didier … !

Le gite est situé dans un environnement très calme et permet de se reposer pleinement après les nombreuses visites possibles dans la région et relativement proche du gite.
Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.
Sabine a répondu très rapidement à tous nos messages avant notre venue et sur place, son mari et elle ont à nouveau répondu présents pour nous aider. Nous avons apprécié.
