The Non smoking apartment can accommodate 4-6 people. The apartment consists of two bedrooms each with double bed, a separate kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher and 4 ring ceramic stove, a living room with corner sofa (sleep function for 2 persons), satellite TV and dining table for 6 people, a bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet and a hallway. The entrance to the apartment is at ground level, adjacent to the approximately 23 square meters large terrace and facing south. Wi-Fi is available for a fee of € 1.00 per day. On the property is a belonging to the apartment car parking space.
You spend your holiday in a very quiet and idyllic location, right on the Malerweg on the edge of the National Park Saxon Switzerland, with a very good starting position for hiking in the rocky world of Saxon or Bohemian Switzerland or for tours to Dresden or the surrounding attractions. Our property 'Am Bärenstein 45' is located in the second row to our very busy street and is very quiet. In the garden at the house are 2 swings and a small bar for the children. Furthermore, there are also 3 sauna loungers for cozy sunbathing in the garden. For common use, a sitting area in the green invites you to linger, which is covered by a gazebo (about 5.0 m x 5.0 m). We provide bicycles on request, which you can use during the holiday season. Pet fee: € 7.50 per night

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis für unsere kleinen Wandertouren. Man kann entweder direkt loslaufen und ist binnen einer halben Stunde am kleinen oder großen Bärenstein, oder man fährt ein kleines Stückchen mit dem Auto und kann das Felsenlabyrinth, die Festung Königstein und vieles mehr besuchen. Abends sorgte die ruhige Lage und auch das ein oder andere Grillerchen am vorhandenen Grill für eine gute Entspannung. Die Wohnung selbst war klein aber fein. Es gab im Grunde alles, was man braucht. Auch Gesellschaftsspiele und Infomaterial für Ausflugsziele waren vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir erhielten viele gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ganz zur Freude unserer Kinder saß täglich eine flauschige freundliche Katze auf der Terrasse und leistete uns Gesellschaft. Als Kritikpunkt wäre anzumerken, dass einige Möbel etwas instabil wirkten und einige Türen klemmten bzw. verzogen waren. Das hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Der Service war dafür wirklich spitze - ein vergessenes Ladekabel wurde uns freundlicherweise sogar per Post nachgeschickt! Wir bedanken uns herzlich dafür und auch für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften! Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Alles Bestens. Sehr nette Vermieter, alles ordentlich und sauber. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Grill stand uns ebenfalls zur Verfügung und auf Sonder- oder Extrawünsche wird problemlos eingegangen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung bei der Familie Marle sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
