Our stay was very pleasant. Communication before arrival was handled via WhatsApp, and I had no issues finding the place or checking in on the day of arrival. At the reception, we were given the key and checked in without any problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and had everything we needed for our four-day stay. We are very satisfied and would definitely visit again.
The swimming pool under the restaurant was not operating, so we had to walk to the other end of the building to use the pool, but this was not a big issue. With the room key, we were able to use discounts, and the parking space was a great convenience—especially when it’s snowing, as you don’t need to clear your car if you need it. The ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and at the reception they even offer a discount if you buy the ticket from them instead of on the bus.
The apartment is very warm and cozy and definitely worth it.
I would recommend that the owners add a chest of drawers in the bedroom. There is enough space in the room, and this was simply something I missed. It would be a nice and practical addition, especially for families with children, as the wardrobe was not sufficient, particularly since it was already half filled with blankets and pillows.

A comfortable and clean apartment. We had a great ski vacation with my family in Kopaonik. The apartment is big enough, and we got a free parking lot. This is important in this time of the year, since a lot of tourists are visiting Kopaonik. In the apartment, we had everything we needed, including the kitchen appliances and tools.
I appreciate the owner, which sent us a lot of helpful information regarding skipass, restaurants, stores, and others. I recommend Milmari Relax Apartment
