The loft was very cozy and comfortable. Martina is a great host. She provided a lot of information to help us plan our trip and we were able to check in early and also store our bags after checkout. Serravalle is a beautiful city with lots to explore.

La mansarda è molto ben arredata, spaziosa e confortevole. La sensazione che abbiamo avuto, è stata quella di sentirci a casa sin dal primo istante. Alla camera non manca proprio nulla; anche se non abbiamo usufruito della cucina, sono presenti tutti gli attrezzi necessari per cucinare. Inoltre, il letto è davvero comodo.
La posizione centrale ed il parcheggio antistante l'ingresso, sono dei plus non indifferenti.
Abbiamo davvero passato un weekend fantastico!

The property is in a nice location, only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the host communicates well.
There are about 4 short flights of stairs to ascend to reach the apartment. I didn’t mind them but if a guest has mobility issues, it would be something to consider. Ask the host about parking options if you have a vehicle.
