Our stay at the Dinghy and Pawley's Island was absolutely wonderful. The house is so cute and well maintained and the location couldn't be better. We lived on the porch with the windows open when we weren't by the water. It was so wonderful to be here the waves and feel the breeze all the time. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

This house is in a great location. But the house needs work. First there was a lot of water coming in from the roof during a rainstorm. Turns out a lot of tiles were missing from the roof. Secondly the master bathroom needs a lot of work - the wallpaper is peeling and the shower rod is rusty. The couch in the living room is rattan and not very comfortable. The house is quite so an ious and has a nice sunroom.
