About this house rental
Professional Month to Month rentals considered. Welcome to our Urban Nashville Townhome – a veteran-owned and managed haven for your next Music City getaway! This recently updated two-story townhome boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat for your stay. Our home is 3 miles from BNA airport and 11 miles to downtown Broadway. Centrally located to the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills mall and golfing. If you enjoy lake life we are 1 miles to boat access on Percy Priest Lake. Priest Lake has jet ski, and boat rentals for your group to enjoy day activities. There is also a bustling marina with live entertainment and food 1 miles from our home. Easy access to the interstate and grocery shopping near by. We have a semi private partially fenced back yard with a fire pit for your use. We usually use our travel trailer but it may be parked on the side of our home if not in use. It does not interfere with the use of the driveway or yard.
THE SPACE: Sleeps 8 maximum
Primary Bedroom: King bed designer bedding. Restoration Hardware Bunk bed with trundle sleeps 3 for total of 5 in the master bedroom.

All bedrooms and both full baths are on the second story. Our home is tastefully decorated and has a fully stocked modern kitchen with high end appliances. No additional parking fees with room for two vehicles in driveway and on street parking.
High speed internet for all your devices, bluetooth speaker, Big Green Egg grill, full sized washer and dryer.
You have the entire townhome to yourself we will not be there but we are always available. There is a passcode keypad for check in and outdoor Ring Doorbell cameras for ID verification and security. Please call me if you have any needs or concerns. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay the property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. It is against house rules to disconnect these devices.

We stayed at this fabulous Vrbo in Nashville over CMA Fest weekend for a girls’ trip, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The location was spot-on—super convenient to both the airport and downtown, which made getting around a breeze.The property itself was clean, stylish, and had that perfect “kick off your boots and relax” vibe after a day of concerts and honky-tonk hopping. But what really made our stay memorable was the host—she was not only incredibly responsive, but also felt like someone we’d genuinely want to hang out with if the chance ever came up.This spot made our girls’ getaway unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Nashville stay that checks all the boxes!

We stayed here for a girls golf trip and the house was everything we needed and more. The hosts were very responsive and helpful on all questions we had. Location was great not too far from the courses or broadway. I would definitely stay here again.
