Policoro (MT), about 500 m from the Ionian Sea, rented in residence of nuoviss. construction, nice apartment of 45 sqm, 5 p. the. well furnished and with high finishes, equipped with Induction kitchen, fridge, TV, washing machine, air conditioning Mitsubishi (very quiet cl A +), plus garden with gazebo etc ... We are in the Residence I Giardini Elisei within the tourist resort Riva Azzurra in via Lido a few km from Policoro in the province of Matera (UNESCO World Heritage Sassi City and EUROPEAN CULTURE CAPITAL 2019) with large gardens, a beautiful swimming pool, guardiola, animation in some periods. During non-summer periods it is possible to enjoy a wonderful holiday of relaxation, tranquility and excellent cuisine. The holiday home is located 2 km from the tourist complex Marinagri, and a few kilometers from places of great artistic and archaeological interest: Metaponto with its archaeological excavations of national interest, Pollino Park, Lucanian Dolomites, one hundred km from the Salento Puglia. A few hundred meters you can find Bowling, Disco Pub, Cinema, sailing center, sporting and aquatic activities in numerous bathing establishments, many cycle paths and life trails, riding stables and many other tourist attractions.
