My family and i stayed for a month. The pool was a great amenity to have, and we were walking distance to a nice park for our kids and dog. The house was very roomy and spacious. Jenny was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great location, very close to park and a very safe community. Loved the area. Very easy to interact with the owner. Overall would highly recommend!

Let’s start with the good -
The house is large and easily accommodates a large group. Everything was clean and it’s in a good location for getting around town. Nice to have a park across the street and a pool available, though we didn’t use it.
Now for the bad-
The house needed maintenance. In the first day I had to get fix the master toilet (it’s unusual flapper set up was sealed shut and needed replacement), troubleshoot the AC and replace the thermostat batteries, the guest bathroom had a strong odor, so didn’t get used, the kitchen faucet was very loose, the lock on the garage door didn’t work, and it took a while to get the garbage disposal to run (it was frozen). We also had the toilet paper holder come apart in the downstairs bath. Disappointing for the price we were paying.
Also, the house, especially downstairs seems under furnished. There is nit hint on the walls and all the shelves are virtually empty. It just doesn’t make the place feel inviting.
Having literally been staying in another rental an hour north earlier in the week, I felt we had a pretty good comparison to base our expectations on. While the other place had a few small maintenance issues and it’s own funky layout, it was far more inviting and didn’t require any work while we stayed there.
There is a lot of potential in this house for a rental, but the owner needs to address some issues.
