Any time of year, you'll find our modern, light-filled holiday home perfect for a family holiday or romantic getaway.
The generous, open-planned living area spills onto a covered entertaining deck, which includes a heated swim spa, outdoor fireplace, swing seat and sofa.
With two full-sized bedrooms and a bunk room, there is ample space for two families, including two bathrooms and separate laundry with all the comforts of home.
Just a short stroll from West Shelly Beach, our quiet little neighbourhood adjoins Orford and Spring Beach via a lovely ocean-side walking track with stunning views of Prosser Bay and Maria Island.
The large, secure yard has plenty of space for parking and endless games of backyard cricket.
Simply relax with the family or venture out further to find some of our favourite local attractions, including:

We are repeat visitors to this lovely holiday house as the location is great, the house is always beautifully presented and after a walk on the beach with the dog you can come back to the relaxing spa.

What a fantastic and well thought out property. Everything is looked after and clean. A wonderful touch is additional towels and blankets. So many properties miss that small but impactfull detail. The swim spa helped me relax and I cant wait to come back. Not to mention being dog friendly in such a modern design is rare. Thank you for having us.
