New house with sea view on the floor. All equipped. Comprising a large bright living room with open kitchen. South and West oriented. All on a plot of 730 m2.
The bay of Pen-bé is composed of 6 beaches. The best known is, in all gallantry, "The Bay of the Ladies." Small sandy beach and sheltered from the wind, accessible by a staircase.
The sanitary quality of bathing water has been rated excellent and stable for several years.
The Pen Bé bay, interspersed with beaches for swimming, is home to a strong shellfish activity. This bay is one of the key sites of the Seashell Route.

Maison neuve très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, parfaite avec des enfants notamment grâce au jardin. Une belle vue sur la baie depuis les chambres ( vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil) et un accès à pieds à des petites criques ou l on peut se baigner. Du frais, du calme, des mouettes, et des départs de balade depuis la maison. Des hôtes d une grande gentillesse et disponibilité, discrets et arrangeants. Un séjour de deux semaines reposant et magique. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Superbe propriété . Grande maison moderne parfaitement équipée sur un terrain très agréable.
Décoration sobre pour de beaux espaces de vie.
Nous y avons fait un séjour en famille (4 générations) qui a satisfait tous ses membres. La situation permet de belles excursions . A recommander vivement. Échanges préalables avec la propriétaire qui a tout fait pour nous réserver un accueil chaleureux .

Bonjour, mis à part quelques finitions à apporter à cette nouvelle maison elle est très confortable et bien située à 300 mètres du bord de mer. L'environnement peut être bruyant ponctuellement ( chien d'un voisin gémissant des heures durant et fêtards remontant d'une soirée arrosée au bar du village ). Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de vivre une bonne semaine à 7 dans cette belle maison.
