No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Quiet private gated community with stunning views. 2 bedroom 2 bath with lockout for duel masters. Watch the tarpon from the balcony. Charter fishing in Marina.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at unit 302, building #2. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We spent much time on the lanai, both mornings and evenings. The sunsets were spectacular!We also enjoyed the pool and in the last few days of our visit, met several very nice people.The restaurants we patronized were staffed with great servers and the food and drinks were always delicious. Most fun was had at No Name Pub and Hogfish Bar and Grill. We had lunch on the miranda at Louie^s. Beautiful ocean views!The manager helped with some AC issues and was very responsive.I would recommend this property for rental.I went fishing and caught a number of fish. Most fun was the 4 pound grouper. I would have loved to bring him home and enjoy it for dinner. But, the boat captain weighed and measured the length. Unfortunately, for me, it was not the minimum to keep. However, I did catch a spotted ocean trout and it was allowable for keeping. We enjoyed it for dinner that night.
