This is an excellent hostel. SOOOOO social but not a party hostel which is exactly what we were looking for. There are pool tournments every other night where you can win $$$ and the hostel does a good job promoting the other parties on the island. The food is really good too- just need to be mindful of the timing because the kitchen closes at certain times. Yes, there is a huge hill and stairs but you are warned in advance so you can't complain about it. The cats and dogs are really cute :) One staff in particular, Champ was awesome, so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Really good working and social spaces also. Netflix on the TV!!! Make sure you try their homemade brownies !!!
No hot water in the shower. Some of the bunks don't have a light so its really hard to find things at night. Location is further from island centre but not a problem if you rent a bike.

Friendly staff, good communication via WhatsApp groups and such a welcoming atmosphere. A lot of nice activities and game nights.
Some Toilet seats needed replacing.

Yoga classes included everyday with such a beautiful view. Our teacher was very professional and it’s been one of the best parts of the stay.
There’s not hot water which is fine but after 7 or 8 days you might miss a hot shower.
