Debora is very kind and helpful. She was flexible with our arrival, explained everything. It is the fully equipped flat. Kids got Easter chocolate bunnies, there was a small breakfast that we didn't expected. Parking was free in front of the house. Close to the airport but no noise after 10pm.
No wifi but we knew that in advance.

The room was nice and spacious and the bedroom very comfortable. Flat is nice and well kept throughout, there is access to a big kitchen room equipped with everything. Bathroom is nice and big with a lovely shower. It's only a few minutes to the bust stop for the centre, but the truth is you can walk everywhere in Pisa. Deborah is a very friendly and helpful host.

The room, bathroom and cooking area were very clean. It has a kitchen that can be used to make meals if staying longer.
The breakfast was nevertheless disappointing. It was just packages of cookies/snacks. Even just a fresh piece of bread or croissant would be an acceptable change. The location was always much farther than expected. It took at least 30 minutes to get to the center of pisa and longer if you want to see any of the attractions.
