The apartment was very open and had many windows, the sofas and beds were soft, the rooms are very clean, and the location is ideal, we could walk to many locations. Rosie was very polite, she showed every little bits and bobs of the rooms. There are some nice AC’s, and the washrooms were also spacious and quite clean. It’s also nice that there is a garage. There is a big and cheap superstore to the southeast of the apartment- good if you want to make/cook your own food. Overall, comfy, clean, and ideal for staying in Plovdiv for long-term vacations.
It IS nice that there is a garage, however the garage is a bit small, and may be problematic for bigger cars. The showers were behind curtains, we personally would have preferred a cabin shower. This wasn’t really a problem for us, but it might be for some; there weren’t any bedside lamps.

Location is great, good heating thanks to A/C in every room. Balcony for smokers. Garage is extra bonus.
Kitchenware could be more (Forks, spoons, knife etc)

Everything was perfect.
Location 10/10
5 minutes walk (maximum) to the shopping street
4 minutes walk to the Bishop's Basilica
4 minutes walk to a big supermarket
10 minutes walk to the picturesque old town with its beautiful house museums
Accomodation 10/10
The place was spotless clean.
It has three balconies (a small one in each of the two bedrooms, a big one in the living room).
Each of the two bedrooms has their own bathroom
The building is super modern, secure and calm.
Communication 10/10
We got all the info we needed regarding our stay beforehand. We were particularly reassured through message that even check-in after midnight could be possible (which we finally didn't need, though).
We received a lot of useful information on things to do and restaurants right at the beginning of our stay.
I highly recommend.
