About this villa rental
Ideally located near the beaches of Badine and Almanarre, this villa of 140 m2 built on a plot of 1000 m2 fully wooded, closed and not overlooked with a pool of 50 m2 (5x10) is composed:
-on the main floor: a large living space of 40 m2, an open kitchen overlooking a covered terrace partly facing the pool fully protected to safety standards for children, two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom and a shower room;
-on the upper floor: a large mezzanine with sleeping (double sofa bed) and an air-conditioned bedroom (double bed);
- on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 shower room.
On this floor is also a large garage of 60 m2 with laundry (washing machine, sink) and can accommodate a boat trailer and two cars.
The house is near the village of Giens (accessible on foot) and many hiking trails on the peninsula.
Shops are also within walking distance.
The house is a 15-minute drive from Hyères Train Station and Toulon Airport.
Almanarre Beach is famous for windsurfing, kite surfing and paddle boarding.
Pets are allowed.
Quiet location so no groups too noisy respect the neighborhood.

Maintenance package (cleaning + pool) 150 euros included when renting the week high season and otherwise.

During French school holidays, the house is rentable from Saturday to Saturday, that is to say in 7-day increments.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you, we had a wonderful week.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé 9 jours agréable et j’ai bien profité de la piscine , nous avons joue’ au Ping Pong et pétanque .

Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cette maison simple et accueillante, à noter, la tranquillité du lieu . Le jardin, la végétation et l’espace piscine sont particulièrement appréciables, les arbres et les oiseaux donnent à cette propriété un plus, pour ceux qui recherchent la nature …nous avons pu faire plusieurs randonnées dont certaines au départ de la maison …..bref un bel endroit pour découvrir les plages et la presqu’île de Giens .
