Ванная комната не запирается на ключ или какой-либо замок, учитывая что апартаменты рассчитаны на большое количество человек, это действительно дискомфортно и не приемлимо

На цената на двойна стая получавате цял обзаведен и оборудван (миялна, пералня, печка етц) апартамент с една спалня и хол с кухненски бокс. Реално при желание могат да спят до 5 човека в апартамента - 3 в спалнята и 2ма на разтегателния диван в хола. Разполага с радиатори и климатик, така че спокойно може да нагласиш желаната температура.
Шумоизолацията я няма никаква. Изключително силно се чува дори пускането на вода/чешма в съседния апартамент. Имахме лошия късмет първата вечер да са ни съседи младежи, които бяха будни до 3 сутринта и макар да не вдигаха прекалено много шум абсолютно всичко се чуваше в спалнята. На втория ден пък докато бяхме легнали да поспим след ските неколкократно се чукаше силно по всички врати, а накрая и камериерката влезе в стаята (вратата беше заключена). Търсеха собственика на лошо паркиран автомобил, който в крайна сметка не беше на никой от настанените.

Excellent! The staff consists of some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. All our requests were resolved shortly, communication with the hosts is great. There is a supermarket right on the floor below, the hotel is in the perfect place for walking around the calm city of Samokov. We were seventeen people and we all enjoyed it greatly. Highly recommended, especially if you plan to ski on Borovets.

Apartment was clean, spacious, new and modern.
Kitchen had all the necessary appliances, but not enough cutlery, pants and pots, no dishwasher tablets or washing machine tablets, so unless you bring all these with you, the appliances are unusable.
Beds were comfortable.
Terrace was nice.
Quiet area and easy distance to the centre of town.
The apartment was ready upon arrival, it was warmed up and pleasant though it was snowy and cold outside. Key/card was easy to collect and use.
Parking available and free of charge.
Good apartment. With a few improvements at reasonable price it would be fully booked all the time.
As there are a few apartments on the property, it would be helpful if the pictures correspond with the apartment's number, to make the selection at time of booking easier and more clear which apartment is being chosen and booked. The apartment: No lift and high stairs. Plugs were hanging.
Kitchen: Though kitchen was fully fitted, the lack of pots, pants, cups, glasses and more made it unusable. I guess most travelers would book an apartment with kitchen to cook or prepare some food. Not being able to do so is disappointing and not good value for money. Perhaps an option to request kitchen utensils in advance and collect with the key to be returned with it, might ensure responsible use?
The bathroom: water in the shower was not draining properly - drains was clogged with hair. I would suggest that this is checked and cleaned after every visitor. Toilet - installed in an awkward position (very close to the sink).
Bedroom: No A/C. In the summer it would be a challenge. Cooling the bedroom with the A/C in the living room would make it highly inefficient. Beds not optimally arranged in the room, as ceiling is low above half of the beds and, though soft padded, you can still hit your head at night. Also, one of the socket in the room was blocked by the night stand and inaccessible, unless you pull forward the bedside table.
