About this castle / palace rental
Live differently, out of time, away from the crowds, for a week or more, in a family manor nestled in a quiet hamlet, in the valley of the Claie.
The tranquility and beauty of the place, the charm of the house, bright, open on all sides on the lush park of 1 ha and the surrounding hilly countryside, surrounded by its stone outbuildings, will seduce the true lovers of mansions and other old houses.
It should be noted, however TRANSPARENT, that some aspects of comfort may be considered too rustic or summary by those seeking modern kitchens or modern bathrooms or other villas at the forefront of current standards. The kitchen has not been redone yet, the two photos attached show a real and objective state of the place. It works, but paints, plasters and ceilings have not been renovated ... However, it benefits from a new water point, a new large fridge / freezer, a new cooking piano, with oven. there is a dishwasher, also nine, and all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery will be made available.
The mansion offers 3 large bedrooms (25 m2, 30 m2 and 60 m2), two of them offer a bed of 160 x 200, the third (60 m2) offers a bed of 140 x 190 and can eventually accommodate a small bed additional on request.
The house has only a bathroom (bath / shower, double sink, toilet) upstairs, clean and functional.
The manor accomodates 6 people, for a stay of a minimum duration of 2 WEEKS the months of July and August. Well-educated pets are welcome. The mansion is not suitable for young children, because the windows of the 1st floor do not have guardrails.
Linens, sheets and duvets are provided.
Wifi, two TVs.
Departure cleaning NOT INCLUDED in the price.

Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan are 20km away, 25 minutes drive, and the beaches of the Ocean, Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer, Locmariaquer 40 minutes by easy traffic routes. The first shops are 5 km away.
The manor is an ideal base to also discover the green tourism of the moors of Lanvaux (excursions, green way, towpaths) and the villages of character (Josselin, Lizio, Rochefort in Earth ...)

Nous avons séjourné en famille une semaine en juillet dans ce beau manoir. L'endroit est idéal pour se ressourcer : pas un bruit, un immense parc aux arbres centenaires et un accès facile au golfe du Morbihan. La bâtisse est renovée avec de beaux matériaux, est impeccablement propre et visiblement meublée avec soin et passion (mention spéciale pour la jolie vaisselle et la literie moelleuse, pour ne pas citer le reste). La salle de bain reste peut-être à rénover mais est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Bref, départ à regret !

Super séjour en famille dans ce manoir à découvrir pièce par pièce et son parc aux arbres magnifiques. Plages de sables côté océan et petits portS côté golf.
