The location of the property is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood above the Tiha luka beach. We rented a spacious, well-equipped two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the Neum Bay.
In general, I have no complaints. Maybe a suggestion to fix a TV set that is working, but shows a black&white picture.

Duże pokoje, duży taras z pięknym widokiem, wyposażona kuchnia, blisko do plaży/ morza, bardzo mili i uprzejmi gospodarze, prywatny parking. Super miejsce dla rodzin.
Trudny dojazd, gdyż droga, mimo że dwukierunkowa, to zastawiona samochodami. Trzeba jechać na czuja licząc, że nic z naprzeciwka nie wyjedzie.

The terrace was the best thing about the whole facility. It is right above the sea, drinking your morning coffee there is a bliss.
It is quiet, secluded and not that crowded in mid june.
The kitchenette is fairly equiped.
It is also a quite safe area.
The worst thing is the bed. The bed should be outlawed and criminalized, it is so bad that you will be more comfortable sleeping on the gravel beach on a towel.
The only worse thing than the broke down bed are the pillows. I don't think those even qualify as pillows, they are more spongy devices made to suffocate you than to rest your head on.
If you do choose to sleep in that bed - bring your own pillows from home, or use a rock - you'll be happier.
Also the bedding wasn't fresh, it smelled of dust.
At night you can't really sit on the terrace because the sewer starts to stink up the whole place. At moments it becomes bearable, but the last night we were there, there were more guests and we couldn't sit and enjoy the view because of the bad smell.
The room is smaller than depicted on the photos, and it wasn't really dirty but it wasn't really clean either. There were a lot of bugs crawling in the floor and a spiderweb in the toilet were the spider caught some of the bugs.
I will not book this property again despite the closeness of the sea. I don't think it was worth the price.
