This spacious apartment is located in the south-west of the beautiful Greek island of Crete, Palaiochora. Guests can relax on the sunny Terrassa and enjoy stunning views of the sunset over the Libyan Sea.
The penthhouse has one double bed-sofa , dining table with two chairs and flat-screen TV. There is a kitchen, full equipped with refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils where guests can prepare meals, the apartment is air conditioned throughout and has washing machine. As our environmental policy, the hot water comes from the sun all year long and all electronic equipment is energy efficient A++.
The apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the pretty seaside town of Palaiochora at the third floor. The stunning beach is just 10 minutes’ walk away, plenty of excellent bars and restaurants can also be found within 10 minutes’ walk.
Crete is the perfect place for a relaxed vacation, with plenty of quaint villages like Azogire, ancient ruins and stunning nature and coastlines to explore. Paleochora can be great base for making day trips around south Chania.

Superb location.
Excellent if you don't mind climbing two flights of stairs.
Car essential unless you are extremely fit.
No private balcony but a large roof terrace, which is not so private as others guests can have access! Needs explanation
and details given to other residents that that space is for No.5 users.
