OUTSTANDING VIEWS, WATERFRONT, ACCESS TO TWO PRIVATE SANDY BEACHES, SERENITY!
QUICK SUMMARY of INDOORS: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus outdoor enclosed shower. Spacious 2075 square foot open floor plan with 2nd floor loft/parlor overlooking living room. Huge windows with bay views everywhere in the soaring 18 foot high living room. Well equipped kitchen has everything. Large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. Free wifi internet & 3 large flat screen TVs. Huge bay-front deck out back with covered and open areas and a second covered deck out front on south side has view to Gulf beach. Plenty of chairs and lounges on the decks with eating tables. Charcoal grill available outdoors underneath roofed area, with view of water while you cook.
PRIVATE DOCK to enjoy relaxing or fishing!!! Note the second floor of the dock is not to sit on, but it does provide nice shade while you relax on the first floor.
UNIQUE SET-UP: You are only 100 feet from your private sandy beach and private dock on the Sound. Decks overlook both South and North. Double height living room with panoramic views. Also, a second private beach available on Gulf Street side, quick walk across the street with easy access.
PRIVATE SANDY BEACH with the best location on the bay side. This is the last house on the street and there is a long stretch of beach to the east that has no docks and very few people. Depending on size of your boat, bring it along.

SUNRISES and SUNSET VIEWS from inside huge windows and decks! Sandy private bay beach with private dock PLUS private Gulf beach access! No permits are required for fishing or just enjoying either beach.
MORE DETAIL ON BEDROOMS and BATHS: Again, total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 FULL BATHS and 1 HALF BATH. One of the King bedrooms is considered your "master" suite located on our first floor with its own Smart TV set and wide glass doors opening up to the deck which faces the bay. Great unobstructed views, all the time. Attached to the master is a large bathroom. THe other first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a private deck balcony which overlooks the gulf side. It is close to our second downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is another King Size Bedroom, plus the fourth bedroom which has 2 twin size beds. THere is another full bath upstairs.

Lovely house, super location, wonderful to have a private dock. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the beach. The house had everything we needed. Deborah, the rental agent, was fantastic. There were a couple of small issues and she fixed them immediately - seriously excellent customer service and a lovely lady. We look forward to returning next year.

We loved this place. The dock was our favorite. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock fishing and talking. I caught many fish including founder right off the dock. The views were spectacular. Would recommend to anyone wanting to relax and get away from a busy life. The house met all of our needs including preparing food that we caught. I would definitely revisit. The host was amazing and incredibly available when needed. Wonderful vacation.

Property is well situated to enjoy both the Bay and the Gulf. Very relaxing stay and good communication with the property management. Very responsive.
As a side note, stock up before coming to the property. Most items available locally but very expensive.
