Flat a nice size and good location, is a bit dated, shame local ski lift was only open between 9am and 10:30am

Was hard to find key pickup location, was not told hence not expecting it to be a Laundry and name on door was very small, so we only found it 45min later than estimated/expected time. When we arrived staff did not speak any English but they eventually called the manager who told us "to come back in 3 hours" to pick up key, managed to negotiate this to two, but when we did return he was not there and staff were locking up, they rang again and he eventually turned up after another 20min. After a long car journey with kids this was a very poor start!
