We stayed at this property as a family with one child and had a truly wonderful experience. Initially, we booked for one month, but we were so happy with our stay that we decided to extend it for an additional 20 days.
The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighbourhood turned out to be even better than we expected — safe, pleasant, and very enjoyable to live in.
Simon was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Location - Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to convenience stores, dining options (kebab shops, fast food, Bang Bang, Vietnamese food) and large supermarkets nearby. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop which easily connected to major trainlines (Northern Line) which made going into London Zone 1 convenient, albeit a long ride. Neighbours kept to themselves and did not cause any noise or make us feel unwelcome.
Hosts - Simon was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions on how to obtain the key and how to use the appliances in the house. Whenever we faced issues in the home (Wi-Fi / dishwasher / heater) Simon responded quickly and offered helpful solutions. His warmth as a host made the 4 weeks stay at his property very pleasant.
Accommodation - We took the entire bottom floor which consisted of a double bed, living room, bathroom with shower, full-sized kitchen and dining area. Plenty of space for a couple but more than 2 people will feel the squeeze. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries with a hot shower that had great water pressure. Kitchen was similarly well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery which is great for guests who do a lot of cooking.
Distance to London Zone 1 was fairly long, took at least 70-90 minutes, but still manageable with planning.
The unit is on the ground floor you may experience some noise during rubbish day or during mornings when neighbours are leaving for work. Would recommend earplug if you are sensitive to noise
Wardrobes could use more hangers.
Ground floor Wi-Fi speed and stability could be better.
TV signal in the dining area was spotty at times.

I liked everything about the Apartment. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to transport facilities in addition to the availability of shopping options all just around the corner.
And, Simon was of course an excellent Host. Enjoyed our stay and I would likely return soon.
There's however a disgruntled and frequently unhappy neighbour who is always quick and unruly in expressing every minor complaint. The front approach to the property could also use some cleaning and maintenance.
