About this house rental
Our cottage is classified to the gites of France reference GMA154 who have awarded 3 ears. It is located Montchabrier in the heart of the "small country" Gevaudan, in the foothills of Margeride north of the department of Lozere. Our cottage is a typical stone house of "granite"
In the XIX, it was a village house with "Cantou" which is a large fireplace as it existed at that time. You will have a surface of 118m², which can accommodate 6 people.
In RDC you will benefit from a stay of approximately 56m ²; with a cantou equipped with an insert, kitchenette and American-style bar with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker ...
You will also find a separate bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. In this space there is also a television. The cottage is equipped with a WIFI connection at your disposal.
Upstairs you will have three bedrooms with separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. One of the three bedrooms, larger, has access outside the back of the house and a bathroom with toilet.
You will also have an outdoor area in a small orchard to extend your laundry located 30 m from the house.

Un gîte très agréable, surtout l'insert pour les retours de balades, bois disponible . Très propre, confortable, bien équipé pour cuisiner. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très attentive. Belle région pour déconnecter.
