AVAILABLE FOR EXTENDED WINTER STAYS, DECEMBER 1. Enjoy a Farm Stay in the Carriage House at Territorial Farm Stay and Stable. Plan a get away with a cozy stay in horse and wine country. Great for families or friends. Well behaved pets welcome. Big securely fenced private yard. Enjoy local foods included for a self preparation breakfast. Visit over a dozen nearby wineries. Experience our farm and horses surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise in the South Willamette Valley of Oregon.
Our focus is providing "Farm Stays" for an enjoyable country living experience
Enjoy being up close and personal with our horses by adding on a "Horsin' Around Experience" or set up a private riding lesson. Great for both adults and children. Special pricing applies. And, we are an easy drive to Eugene and the University of Oregon Ducks or Corvallis and the Oregon State Beavers.
Stretch your legs after your journey with a walk in the pasture, pet the horses, and experience farm life in Oregon. We can give you an orientation to Oregon wine and personally introduce you to many of our wonderful local wineries. And we can share lots of information about the local area's arts, culture, farmer's markets, and of course lots of college sports.

The cottage was well appointed, very comfortable and charming. Mary was an excellent host, available and responsive to any questions or requests. The location is excellent for a wine country stay, or a visit to Eugene if you don't mind a bit of a drive.
