Haus Willi is located on a spacious plot of land on a slope with a view of the Limbach valley in Güntersberge.
Güntersberge is a recognized local recreation area. Quiet and idyllic location. A place to relax.
An ideal place for your dog to go on great hikes with owners and mistresses without meeting many people. The walk through the forest and meadows starts right at the door. A so-called insider tip in the Harz. The Limbach Valley is a piece of untouched nature. If you leave your shoes outside at night, a fox will surely drop by and drag it away. You will usually find him again. Sometimes another shoe is brought along. Here you are not in the middle of it. If you look out of the window you will see a beautiful nature with its inhabitants from the squirrel to the robin or acorn.
Our house has 3 terraces outside. Equipped with grill and patio furniture. The outdoor fireplace invites you to long evenings by the open fire. We will of course provide you with firewood. In bad weather, the large farmers' table in the basement with access to another terrace invites you to play games, have a nice meal or just a little wine.
Willi is also in the center of the Eastern Harz. From here you can be in places of history and myth in 15-20 minutes by car. Nearby are 2 cities that belong to the world cultural heritage. Stolberg and Quedlinburg. The legendary witch dance place with the Roßtrappe, Barbarossa monument, castles and palaces. The longest suspension bridge in the world. So it can't be boring for you. Of course, our Harz is great for sports enthusiasts. Whether by bike on the street or off-road. The mountain lake is ideal for swimming, boating or fishing. Simply great. Hiking or looking for mushrooms. Everything is possible.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Möglichkeit durch die verschiedenen Terrassen die Sonne den ganzen Tag geniessen zu können. Für Sauberkeit (Haare des Vormieterhundes) und Küchenausstattung können wir nicht die volle Punktezahl geben, da diese unseren Ansprüchen nicht ganz gerecht wurden.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick super schön. Ferienwohnung top, alles vorhanden, Vermieter super, sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Wir waren mit unseren zwei kleinen Bolonka`s über Weihnachten im Haus Willi. Ruhe pur, Wald vor der Haustür und Wanderwege perfekt. Wenn man will, kann man stundenlang in der Natur sein. Kurz gesagt, Erholung pur, wenn man keinen Trubel braucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hin fahren.

Wir haben das Haus "Willi" für unseren jährlichen Ausflug an Himmelfahrt für 2 Nächte und 4 Personen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Am Tag der Anreise wurde wir sehr freundlich vom Bruder des Vermieters empfangen. Er kam immer mal kurz vorbei um zu fragen ob alles ok ist und irgendetwas benötigt wird. Unseren Wunsch nach etwas Feuerholz für den schönen Außenkamin auf einer der drei Terrassen des Hauses hat er prompt erfüllt. Vielen Dank dafür nochmals.
Zum Haus selbst: Wir waren begeistert und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Es hat den Charme eines schönen großen Gartenhauses mitten im Wald. Es ist in Hanglage gebaut verfügt über 2 Etagen. In der oberen Etage befinden sich Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und ein kleiner Flur. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat einen großen Fernseher (den wir aber nicht benötigten), einen Ofen und einen Zugang zu einer weiteren Terrasse. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und verfügt über genügen Ausstattung um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Es gibt sogar einen Geschirrspüler, einen zusätzlichen Ofen und einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Bad und Schlafzimmer sind nicht sehr groß, müssen sie aber auch nicht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und im Bad befinden sich eine Dusche, Waschtisch und die Toilette.
In der unteren Etage befindet sich über die gesamt länge des Hauses ein Partyraum mit Bartresen, Ofen und Sitzecke, sowie ein zusätzlicher Kellerraum. Hier konnten wir unsere Getränke sehr gut kühl lagern und mussten so keine Kapazitäten im kleinen Kühlschrank verschwenden. Von diesem Raum kommt man zu der dritten Terrasse. Diese haben wir zum grillen genutzt als es geregnet hatte, denn hier sitzt man geschützt vor Wind und Regen. Ein Grill ist wie erwähnt ebenfalls vorhanden.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt und wir wussten die Gastfreundschaft sehr zu schätzen. Wir können Familie Grzyb als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!!!
