About this villa rental
Villa Atalaya is an air-conditioned villa, set on a hill, overlooking the vineyards in the valley. It boasts four bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 with twin beds, all of which have ensuite bath/shower rooms. Each room has French windows leading onto the terraces, garden and pool. The villa has been charmingly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings. There is a large lounge/dining room with high ceilings and access to the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with all modern conveniences.
The outside space is sublime with a covered terrace for al fresco dining and another huge terrace with a pergola for shade surrounding the 10 x 5m pool, with alarm. On the upper level there is a boules pitch with pool-house + summer kitchen with barbecue, table tennis and wc.
There is a huge natural Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa which has electric gates and parking for 4 cars.
This property has all the ingredients for a great holiday : large pool, a small lawn, outdoor dining, barbecue, huge terraces, in the heart of the vines. It is the ideal choice for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.
The lovely village of Plan de la Tour is just 2km away through the vines and the leafy lanes. It has a wealth of amenities including two village shops, two bakeries, several doctors, a dentist, pharmacy and petrol station. It also boasts seven restaurants and two wine co-operatives !
Sainte Maxime is 8km away and is our local town. It is also very pretty and has many boutiques, shops and street-side restaurants and bars and beaches. The ferry to St Tropez runs from here, every 20 minutes and is the stress-free way of getting across the bay.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at this villa, the outside pool area was perfect, plenty of sun and shade mix.
Really nice location. Sergey was on point and Pip was great in communication and handover. Would definitely book again.
