A place for families, fishermen, rafters, wine lovers, food lovers, parks, and unique shopping. Lost Creek Lake is just 15 min away complete with Marina, Ski, patio, pontoon, rentals, jet skis, paddle boats, and more. The Upper Rogue is unique; it's close to the service you might find in many metro areas, but uniquely rural, therefore, you lack nothing in the way of services. Sightseeing, Shopping, Skiing (Water & Snow), Steelhead, Salmon = Southern Oregon!

Everything you need or want is within 5-30 min drive, local market, little of everything stores, grocery or gifts including Walmart & Costco. Great for families, locals, couples or groups. The Rogue River is world-famous for fishing, rafting, breathtaking scenery but limited for swimming due to its cold temperature and swift downstream currents. No direct river access on property. A very short drive to nearby parks that have areas for launching boats/rafts or other, wading, splashing, swimming for the brave. Property offers bank fishing only, bring our own gear or rent it locally and enjoy the gorgeous, scenic views.
We live nearby and will give you as much privacy as you desire or be available and accommodating to ensure a great stay. Our desire is to make your vacation as pleasant and memorable as possible, so you will return! There is a vacation "Cabin on the Rogue", VRBO #1631039, that sleeps 2-4 next door, Measures have been taken to ensure your privacy and it's divided by high cedar fencing.

Very nicely furnished, clean and well organized home located on the Rogue. It had all the amenities you would want in a rental.The property was beautiful with the river flowing through the backyard. However, the house is facing a major road so it was very noisy, especially at night when trying to sleep. It was also difficult to get in and out of the driveway because of the traffic. Despite that, we had a lovely time in Shady Cove.

Beautiful well kept place right on the Rogue river. Lots of space, nice back yard watching the river flow by. Our grandkids loved the foosball table. Loved having the Blackstone grill. Only down side is right on the busy road, but not a big deal when sitting in the back yard. Great place for our family. Excellent ability to cook and have dinner together.

We enjoyed our stay at home on the rouge. The view of the rouge is beautiful. It was easy access to crater lake.
