This, custom home is surrounded by 25 acres of forested hillside, yet it is very near the shopping, dining, and conveniences of Eastsound Village.
Discriminating guests will appreciate the exquisite details, superior finishes, and meticulous construction of The Bridges. It offers four lovely bedrooms, two on each level.
There are two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with a flat screen TV and fireplaces.
Maybe some in the group will be by the fire to watch movies upstairs while others sit by the downstairs fire to watch a sports event.
The upper covered deck is cozy and welcoming in both rain and shine. Additionally, there is a covered patio and fire pit just outside the lower level. Those cherishing more separation may also choose to close doors at the top of the stairwell, creating quiet separation.
Guests with mobility limitations are advised that there is a series of steps that leads from the parking area through a rockery to reach the upper entry.

Our stay in Eastsound was very enjoyable and relaxing. The property was well maintained and furnished. The two-level living was perfect for our family as it provided just the right amount of space for everyone. I’m a big guy (6’7”, 255) and the bed (King) we slept in was so comfortable I requested what type of mattress it was after I got home so I could look into buying one. The hosts were wonderful, providing speedy and very helpful info on local attractions. In general, Orcas Island is such a beautiful retreat for a vacation- plenty to do, but not overcrowded. We loved our stay and look forward to a return in the future.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious home. Communication with the host was great. It would we helpful if the listing included mention of multiple stairs up to the home. We didn’t have an issue but I can see how it would be challenging for some. Thanks for a great stay!
