The apartment is very spacious and had everything necessary for our stay – from kitchen utensils and appliances, through bathroom equipment, to beds for three people. It also has a huge terrace overlooking the courtyard, with two sun umbrellas (one of them quite large), providing enough shade for the terrace throughout the day. The sun is on that side from around noon until sunset.
The owner and the young man who welcomed us and acted as our contact person were extremely responsive and kind. Every question we asked was answered immediately. One evening we had a problem with noisy neighbours upstairs, but the next day the owner assured us it would not happen again – and it didn’t.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator (the building has a ground floor and two more floors). Parking is guaranteed right in front of the building, on the street side. The building is very close to Babe beach (about 5 minutes on foot), and only 2 minutes away is a beautiful promenade leading to the centre of Novalja. Just below the promenade there is a narrow beach stretching all the way to the town centre. Walking to the centre of Novalja takes about 20 minutes at an easy pace.
A bakery with a wide variety of pastries is just 3 minutes away.
Novalja itself is lovely and clean, with plenty of restaurants and both small and large shops. We visited several beaches around Novalja (Babe, Straško, Braničevica, Gajac, Zrće) and on the island of Pag (Šimuni, Prosika, Plat-Dražica), all of them very beautiful and accessible. We especially enjoyed visiting the "Pag solana", Gligora Dairy, and the small village of Lun, with its wonderful restaurant Tovrnele.
All in all, the apartment met most of our expectations. The minor shortcomings did not cause us any problems and can easily be fixed. Sincere recommendation.

Apartman je bio rezerviran bez problema samo dan ranije i nije bilo nikakvih komplikacija oko ulaska i vremena dolaska. Maksimalno susretljivi i fleksibilni vlasnici. Parking odmah ispred vrata, sve čisto i uredno. Iduća najbolja činjenica je apartman na 2 min od prekrasnih plaža, birali smo drugu svaki dan, za klince je bilo nezaboravno. Tirkizno more, molići za skakanje i kava i sladoled na samoj plaži. Apsolutno iskustvo za ponoviti.
