My sisters and I thought the house was just perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed like brand new. We sat outside every morning and evening and the view at sunset is gorgeous. We hated to leave and hope that we can return someday. Joan was gracious and helpful, especially after we left a coat behind and she kindly agreed to mail it to us.

This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect. Close to the main road but far enough away that the only noise is the birds chirping. A wonderful view from the backyard. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Joan was very responsive and if you're looking for a place to stay in Sedona this is certainly a first choice.

We absolutely loved this home and the views from it. It sits right in Red Rock Sedona and views are Amazing from the back porch and yard. The home was extremely nice. Our experience could not have been better with the home. If your looking to book, choose this home. Every thing you needed in this home was there. Extremely clean. Easy to get to but yet secluded. It was a quiet area. We just sat and looked at the view and were amazed by it. The owner was fabulous when we corresponded. It even had a double garage so you could put your car or car rental in the garage. Every appliance we needed was there and so many we did not use. Washer dryer was nice to have. Big walk in shower. The Beds were comfortable, Just great.
