Newer construction 675 SF detached apartment in charming, historic Montford neighborhood. Surrounded by large oaks, you’ll feel nestled in the trees while enjoying easy access to all Asheville’s renowned attractions. This lovely property is a short walk to several favorite Asheville eateries and nightspots, Montford Park and Reed Creek Greenway, as well as a pleasant 20-minute walk to downtown or UNC-A. With Uber, Lyft, cabs, and a city bus stop just a block away, a car is not mandatory. However, if you arrive in a private vehicle, two convenient off-street parking spaces lead to your private entrance and an inviting deck for pleasant evenings outside. Once inside, you’ll be surprised at the light-filled, open and airy space with its vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and clean, modern furnishings. A sleek but warm, fully-equipped kitchen opens to a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for relaxing. The lovely bedroom has a large closet and comfy queen bed with quality cotton linens, and the all-tile bath is spotless and spacious. Excellent house, very clean and fully appointed. Great location, minutes from downtown. Hosts and neighbors are very friendly. My wife and I had a nice time visiting Asheville.
