Sleeps up to 10 (5 bedrooms each with a queen bed). All quality bed linen including crisp white sheeting, warm doonas and electric blankets.
Fully equipped kitchen complete with 2 large fridges, will allow you to store all your gourmet Tassie foods, wines and beers! Quality appliances including Asko dishwasher, Smeg microwave and a coffee /espresso machine. Just add beans!

Watch the passing boats from the comfort of Saltcotes, including yachts competing in the annual Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race making their way to the finishing line! The Antarctic Research + Supply Ships heading to the Southern Ocean, Tall Ships, or simply the local fishing boats and flotilla of weekend yachts.

When it was proclaimed in 1995, the then-minister for environment and land management said: ' ........... this outstanding, unspoiled coastal landscape will be added to the crown estate for the benefit of all Tasmanians.
'Arm End is a significant strategic property of regional and state significance, and is noted for its pristine coastline and magnificent views of the Derwent River, Hobart and Mt Wellington. Other site features include a number of sandy beaches, Aboriginal middens, a fossil area, four rare native grasses and an historic grave'.

We had a great time with family. Plenty of walks up the beach and over the headland. Fish a plenty off the beach and out to Betsy Island. Spacious house. Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed 8-ball and the record player. Comfortable! Great kitchen and dining area. Loved the fire. Lots of room for all 10. We wish we had of booked for a few weeks!Oh, and the winter solstice swin right on sunup was amazing. We are now making it a yearly thing... and no, we were not nude!
