The tranquil and natural holiday home with its very special charm is located between Geltinger Bay and the open Baltic Sea. It is 106 m², flooded with light and has 3 bedrooms. for up to 8 people and a living room with woodburning stove. WLAN available!
Experience many happy hours on the sun terrace with fireplace and barbecue facilities and the 1500 m2 large playground and lawn with outdoor shower and toilet.
So that your dog can enjoy the holiday properly, about 1000 m2 are completely fenced.
It is the home of the artist Peter Nagel, who lived here from 1949 to 1960. After teaching at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts, he regularly held artistic workshops here.
Take advantage of our designated cycling and hiking trails for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air of the open Baltic Sea with a view to Denmark.
Discover the unique NSG "Geltinger Birk" with its variety of bird species, rare plants and a large herd of wild horses.

To take some work off you have the option to book a laundry package. This includes towels in various sizes, tea towels, sheets, pillowcase and duvet cover. For a linen package we charge a fee of 15 € per person / stay. This fee can be paid locally.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man als Familie im Urlaub benötigt. Es bietet genug Platz und die Kids können bedenkenlos im Garten toben.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und immer für einen Plausch zu haben, da sie direkt nebenan wohnen.
Verschiedene Strände sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar.
In Summe ein tolles Ferienhaus und toller Lage, das wir sicher nicht zum letzten Mal besucht haben.

Das Obiekt liegt in einem wirklich kleinen Weiler.Sehr in schönen Wiesen eingebettet.Super für radeln und wandern.Der Strand ist einfach herrlich.Zum bummeln gehen,ist Kappeln und Flensburg empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, super zuvorkommender Vermieter! Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass man auch an kalten Tagen drinne gut verweilen kann. Der Garten ist super großzügig- toll für die Hunde und Kinder!
Der Strand war super fußläufig erreichbar.
Einfach ein tolles Ferienhaus in toller Lage !

Unsere Erwartungen waren laut den Beurteilungen und der Fotos zu dem Haus doch schon hoch. Deshalb möchten wir unseren Eindruck wiedergeben. Wir sind als Familie (Eltern, 2 Kinder mit Partnern und einem Enkelkind von etwas mehr als 2 Jahren) angereist.
Positivliste: sehr nette Vermieter, Heizung und Warmwasser haben zu jeder Zeit funktioniert, großer eingezäunter Garten mit Terrasse, Schuppen am Haus (wir haben 7 Fahrräder unterstellen können), Gartenstühle und Gartenliegen mit Auflagen, Grill mit Gasflasche, ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler waren tadellos, Küchengröße ist ausreichend, Kindersicherung an der Treppe im Obergeschoss, 2-3 Parkplätze am Haus. Alle Fenster in den Wohn- und Schlafräumen konnten mit Faltrollos abgedunkelt werden. Wohn- und Esszimmer sind gut eingerichtet und eine Gemütlichkeit war zu verspüren. Das große Schlafzimmer war ordentlich. Kleinkindspielecke, das kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellte Kinderbett incl. Bettwäsche und Hochstuhl ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Weniger positiv: Wir empfanden den beschrieben Charme des Hauses in vielen Zimmern und Räumen als wenig gemütlich - eher altbacken. Wir haben da einen anderen Anspruch und hatten den Eindruck, dass Haus wurde nach dem Auszug des Vorbesitzers aufs schnellste für die Vermietung zurechtgebastelt. Alte, vor vielen Jahren eingebaute Regale sind wie die holzvertäfelten Wände und Dielenfußböden laienhaft mit Farbe überstrichen worden und finden sich in allen Räumen vom Obergeschoss.. Das obere Badezimmer ist laienhaft und sicherlich vor vielen Jahren erschaffen worden. Auch das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss verdient unserer Meinung nach nicht, mit den Begriff Charme in Verbindung gebracht zu werden. Die meisten Wohnraumtüren sind schnellstens mit Farbe versehen worden und klemmen vielfach. Das kleine Schlafzimmer kann man mit einem selbstgebauten Regal, welches vor langer Zeit eingebaut wurde und dem Bett, welches dort fast den gesamten Raum ausfüllt eigentlich nicht als Schlafzimmer (eher Kammer) bezeichnen. Über die Bilder im Haus, insbesondere am Treppenaufgang, erlaube ich mir kein Urteil, das ist Geschmacksache. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis muss ein jeder für sich entscheiden.
Wir hatten aber einen schönen Urlaub und wünschen unseren Vermietern immer eine glückliche Hand bei der Vermietung.
