About this house rental
Live in the middle of the Palatinate, where it is most beautiful: in the wine village Haardt, a district of Neustadt / Weinstrasse, the "balcony of the Palatinate". In Fußentfernung, almost on the doorstep, you are in the vineyards or in the Palatinate Forest. Spend a nice holiday in 2017 newly opened holiday cottage this former farmhouse / winegrower property (perfect for 4-7 people) ... or the cozy two-story apartment, which is located with a separate entrance in the back of the property (see apartment object 2844361 , perfect for 2 people or small family). Both parts are separated from each other and can be booked individually or together. From here you have all the possibilities for hiking, walking, cycling, "base camp" to tackle the Palatinate vineyard, city tours to Speyer, Landau, just relax and drink a good glass of wine .....
If you like the charm of the old in combination with the comfort of the new, then you should spend your holidays here with us.
We offer plenty of space on 3 floors for 4-7 people and have awakened for you with a lot of time and love for old walls this cottage from the slumber. Sandstones, wooden beams, clay ceilings were uncovered, old wooden floors re-laid, new ones were added and, during the furnishing and restoration, consciously paid attention to sustainability and tradition. So you sleep in new comfortable wooden beds, enjoy completely newly built bathrooms and cook in a new country kitchen with everything your heart desires. Feel comfortable between beautiful antiques and restored individual pieces with history, which we have gathered from all over the Palatinate.
After an extensive hiking excursion, warm yourself up by the stove in the fireplace room ...
Firewood for the wood burning stove can be purchased on site for a small fee, if required.
Baby bed can be brought and built.

Our stay at Pfalzhausel was outstanding. The hosts, Stefan and Eva are warm and welcoming. The dwelling keeps its rustic charm with exposed beams but is updated with nice amenities and bathrooms. The location is tucked away but with outlook views and is close to wonderful restaurants. They offered a wine tasting evening that included a tour of the vineyard. There is also a private patio and enclosed gathering place you are allowed to use. Great stay for us - thank you!

Very nice stay. Owners live next door and are very responsive. The house is comfortable, well set up and pleasantly designed. Great location. Easy parking nearby. Vineyards everywhere.

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Die Treppen sind sehr steil und in der Küche befindet sich eine Stolperfalle zum Wohnbereich hin sowie nochmals eine Stufe zum Esszimmer. Größere Personen haben mit der Deckenhöhe evtl. Probleme. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, Waschmittel müsst ihr mitbringen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice bedrooms with good beds and bathrooms. However the house does not have internet. We think this should be included for the given price.
