The staff were very accommodating and the location for public transport is spot on bus and tram are across the road and metro station access ( using entrance/ exit 4) is only a few steps outside the front door. The hotel is very much a budget hotel but as a base for a city break it was great bed was comfortable, 24 hour access daily towels and access to TV stations in a variety of countries and languagesn
We were in room 41 and it was a little cramped to get past the foot of the bed as it was close to the sliding door for the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was really stiff to slide
The curtains on the window let a lot of the streetlight in.

Good price, good location, nice breakfast, welcoming staff.
The bathroom didn't have a curtain, after taking a shower water got everywhere. The sink was partially clogged.
