In the hills of Echo Park in the historic house, our place will provide you with a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet green street in the heart of Los Angeles.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with modern and antique furniture, antique and contemporary prints.
It has 1 bedroom with a comfortable vintage wood queen bed and a living room with a futon, converted to bed, 2 armchairs, table and chairs for work or to have a home meal or snack. Pillows, blanket, towels etc.
Kitchen equipped with gas stove, fridge, stainless steel pots and pans, electric pot, Nespresso coffee maker, french press, toaster, all kind of dishes, cups, glasses, silverware.
We provide some snacks, tea, coffee, bottled water for your enjoyment.
The bathroom has a spacious shower with shampoo and conditioning, soap etc.

Quiet, well-kept apartment with great parking for our car. Clear information, nice snacks provided, and a well-outfitted kitchen for the basics we needed! In December, the place was cozy and the heater worked great. Although the turn into the driveway was tricky to find ( difficult to see the address, especially from the direction one drives to get there), but once on the driveway it is clear and well-lit to guide you up!
