About this apartment rental
This is a very nicely done studio with its own separate entrance, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. We have Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video. Very quiet and very safe. We live above but we are very quiet.
You can access the unit with the lockbox code. You don't need to interact with us unless you would like to. You'll have access to the unit as well as the on-site laundry.
Forest Hill is a lovely neighborhood of homes built in the 1925's. It is in the middle of SF and just West of Twin Peaks. It is mainly owner-occupied, an upper-middle-class area that is safe and secure with lots of street parking. As in its name, lots of trees!
The MUNI subway stop is 3 blocks away and will take you to the center of town in 15 minutes. Very easy.

I did a weekend stay and I would absolutely stay here again!! This is a perfect place if you don't to feel like a tourist. It was lovely to return to a studio after a full day exploring as opposed to a hotel room. Very, very clean studio in a very quiet neighborhood--I felt comfortable walking around. Muni and buses were a short walk away. A market and a CVS is about a 10 min walk. Normal family noise, but it was just that (no loud music or TV). I don't remember seeing photos of a small sitting room/kitchenette and small table, when I made the reservation months ago so I was thrilled when i walked in! Not appropriate for wheelchairs. Some level changes inside (if you're mobility challenged). I chose not to drive in even though the option was there and I don't regret it, but I was also specifically exploring SF.

This was a very nice little spot for the price. While it was a studio, it was more spacious than I anticipated and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had from a Bnb. Overall it was a great experience!

Great location and felt safe to leave my car in the street. The bed was comfortable and space was adequate as we were only there 1 night. As another person stated, the owners have a small child, who must love throwing a ball when they wake up. There is no sleeping in lol. Thankfully, we wanted to get up early anyways but if you are not an early morning person, this might not be the place to stay for you.

Small, clean and good location. Could use a few more amenities like soap, coffee maker with pods, paper towel etc. Shower is not made for taller individuals. You can hear the tenants upstairs and very thin walls. Overall nice place though.
