The apartment is located at n°25 via Avvocata, on the corner of Dante Square, an XVIII century square designed by Luigi Vanvitelli in honor of Carlo III Borbone. From the balcony of the bedroom there is a full view of this beautiful square.
The apartment underwent full refurbishment in 2005. The remaking environments and new furniture was specifically designed to make place large, comfortable and warm, ideal for accommodating visitors from worldwide. Free broadband WIFI, full kitchen and services.
Within 2 minutes walk you can reach Museo Nazionale, Port’Alba, Spaccanapoli, via dei Tribunali, San Gregorio Armeno, the shopping area of via Toledo/Chiaia. Extremely well connected, just outside the apartment you can find:
- bus stop from all main city lines
- Undreground stop DANTE (Line 1 )
- Taxi
At 100-200 m walk you will find:
- Undreground stop MUSEO (line 2)
- Montesanto Funicular
- Cumana train

The apartment was very spacious and very well located. We were next to the city centre and had just a metro station in front where you can catch a metro that is only 3/4 stops away from the central train station that takes you to Sorrento, to Pompei, ... The hosts were very nice and helpful as well and gave us great recommendations! We had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with our 10 year old and it was perfect! Christian was a great host. The neighborhood was wonderful - everything we needed for a week’s stay. Come to beautifulNaes and stay here!

The apartment is located across the street from the metro & within easy walking distance to museums, shopping, & excellent restaurants. Christian was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This apartment is in an excellent location for visiting Napoli and beyond. Christian and Carmen are very accommodating and eager to respond to any problems you encounter with the apartment or questions that you may have about the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
