The Mirabello is a new apartment a few steps from the sea and from the center. The apartment consists of a lounge with a dining table, a comfortable sofa (bed) and a full HD TV. The French window leads onto a lovely garden for the exclusive use of guests, where they can eat outside and sunbathe. The equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower complete the apartment.
Thanks to its southern exposure, the apartment is illuminated from the sun all day and guarantees suggestive colors during the sunset all year round.
The greenery and tranquility of the area is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
It is an ideal home for a couple.
The house is equipped with every comfort including LCD TV, Wifi and private covered garage.
The apartment is located in one of the most important and beautiful streets of Bordighera. In fact, the Via Romana is an elegant avenue shaded by a row of plane trees and lined with pretty villas and residences.
The apartment is at guests' complete disposal. There are common areas in the residential complex, for example the main pedestrian entrance that leads to the entrance of the building which leads to the apartment (lift or stairs); another common entrance is the one located in a street next to the building (via del Tennis) which leads directly to the garage and the apartment. There are also shared green spaces around the building (in addition to the apartment's private garden)
A stone's throw from the apartment is the Civic Library, a little further on La Villa Margherita, the International Institute of Ligurian Studies and the Bicknell Museum (where there is a surprising
"Ficus Magnoloides" whose disturbing roots crush the boundary wall that marks the entrance to the Museum). Further on is the Palazzo where the Municipality is located at the foot of the Historic Center (or Bordighera Alta). Going down towards the center you can find the Tennis Club, the Lowes Gardens, the train station, the promenade and the beaches. Of course there is no lack of shops, bars, restaurants and markets.
Along the Via Romana where the apartment is located there are several parking lots available, some with hourly limitations and others without.
A 5-minute walk away is the Train Station, Taxi ranks and bus stops.
P. S. In Bordighera the Tourist Tax is in force which must be paid separately (with receipt receipt) and costs € 1,50 per night, per person, up to a maximum of 6 days. I am available for clarifications and information

We only stayed a couple of nights and we fell in love in that short time. Bordighera is special. The sea and swimming at the beach or around the rocks is truly amazing! The town is intimate, clean and friendly. The flat was immaculate and the garden beautiful. Everything was provided and very comfortable. Rafaela and Alessio made us feel like family. Thank you so very much!

We – two adults and our 17-year-old son – spent a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment owned by Raffaela and Alessio in Bordighera and can fully recommend it. The apartment is part of an elegant villa in a quiet yet very central residential area. Within a 10-minute walk, you reach the charming old town, the center with its little shops, and the lovely promenade. A typical Italian café right across the street is perfect for breakfast.The apartment is modern, spotless, and furnished with great care and attention to detail. Everything is new, well-organized, and works flawlessly. User manuals for all appliances – from the washing machine to the AC – are thoughtfully provided.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bathroom is modern and clean, featuring a spacious shower and bidet. The rooms are bright and airy but can be darkened for restful sleep. Overall, the apartment feels very welcoming and comfortable.A highlight is the well-kept garden with loungers, seating areas, a large awning, and sunshades – a perfect green retreat. A private garage space is also included – a rare and valuable feature in Bordighera.Raffaela and Alessio were lovely hosts – warm, helpful, and always available if needed.In short: this apartment offers everything for a perfect holiday – a great location, modern comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic garden with everything you might wish for to relax in it; kitchen has everything you need, kitchen and bathroom contemporary and convenient, high ceilings, very well taken care of and quiet. Comfortable beds, central location and very kind and responsive hosts. My mom and I stayed there a week and loved it!

We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Raffaela was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, the beach and exploring Bordighelia.
Garage parking — for a small car.
Would definitely return.
