About this house rental
LAKE FRONT home with great views of beautiful Lake Texoma from 70' deck. All your lake activities right out the back door. Watch the sunrise over the water with a cup of coffee from the deck or fish from the DOCK. Kids will love the SAND BEACH ! Family friendly home. Great for fishing buddy trips, too. Fishing guides love our inlet.
DOCK YOUR BOAT at the steps-away boat/fishing platform and fuel up directly across the bay at Buncombe Creek Marina or two other marinas nearby. Multiple boat launches minutes away including easy to use Juniper Point West.
PERFECT deep water bay for TUBING, WAKE BOARDING, and FISHING. Fish from the dock or play on the RED SAND BEACH with a large area of shallow WADING water just a short, easy walking distance down the hill (great for kids!). Beach tent available on request. You can have fun all day right behind the house but the beautiful Lake Texoma ISLANDS are a quick boat ride outside the bay. 'Flotillas' are very popular there!

FULLY-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, dishes and gadgets you’ll need. Dining room table with built-in convertible ‘Lazy Susan’ that raises or lowers with the pull of a lever under the table. So handy for passing food or turning the board game. Table SEATS 8 plus 2 SEATS at the bar. Four TV trays. Kid size table and 4 chairs available.
Deck has two patio tables with chairs, a 4 person lounge seating group, and a kids table. Patio has table for 6 with umbrella and 2 chaise lounges.
WASHER & DRYER, bath towels, BEACH TOWELS, and 'dog' towels provided.
MEMORY FOAM mattresses on Queen and King beds. Master bedroom has KING bed and TWIN day bed with TWIN trundle. Two bedrooms have one QUEEN bed and one TWIN each. Fourth bedroom has Queen bed. One portable toddler bed and a Pack-n-Play available with advance request. Living room has Queen sleeper-sofa with memory foam mattress.
Hall Bath has tub/shower and Master Bath has a walk-in shower and a tub.
High speed WIFI, TVs in Living Room, and three of the bedrooms with various streaming channels, and a family GAME cabinet. Small paperback library and magazines.
Kid equipment available UPON REQUEST: Elmo Toddler Bed, Pack-n-Play, a few toys (inside and sand toys), Highchair, 2 kids' tables (one inside, one outside), Red Wagon, kiddie pool, kid-size lawn chairs and portable baby gates for the deck stairs.
Extras upon advance request: ,TENT for the beach, beach CART, six folding sideline chairs, a few outdoor games. Two FISHING POLES and a bait bucket available upon request.
Covered car port and plenty of other parking.
NOTE that there is a stairway down to the boat slip/dock. There are quite a few steps BUT they are very shallow and easy to navigate. Not handicap accessible to boat dock. May be an issue for those with knee or heart issues.
GUEST GUIDE provides directions, information on grocery stores, nearby restaurants, bait stores, fishing guide recommendations and other local information. When you book, I will send the Guide so you can plan what to bring. We are 1 hr 30 min drive from Dallas, and 2 hr 15 min from Oklahoma City as a gauge. Once here, you are 20 min from Madill, OK or Whitesboro, TX and about 35 min to Gainesville or Sherman, TX.
GOLF COURSE and well known HIKING TRAILS (favored by Boy Scouts) nearby. Golf Cart Rental and Boat Rentals in the area.
MEGASTAR casino, restaurant and convenience store is just 5 minutes away.

Beautiful lake house, easy access to lake, comfortable accommodations for large groups, everything well stocked and beautiful large deck facing the lake. Very relaxing!
